Our Refund Policy

Any books or manuals dispatched by Pro Trader that arrive damaged will be replaced free of charge if you contact us immediately and return the item to us. We will refund in full any postage costs you may incur. If we cannot supply a replacement item we will offer an alternative or provide a refund in full.

Any software disks dispatched by Pro Trader that arrive damaged will be replaced by us. Please note we do not provide a refund for software purchases.

If you purchase a stock market data supply we cannot refund the balance of 6 monthly or 12 monthly subscriptions should you decide to cease our data services.

If you purchase our stock market reports you will receive a 30 day free trial of our services. Following your free trial period you will be invited to subscribe on an annual basis. We cannot refund the balance of the 12 month subscription.
